Serial entrepreneurs: A review of literature and guidance for future research

Little research has been conducted regarding serial entrepreneurship compared to more broadly, despite that suggests as many 50% of all entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship shows most new ventures fail, yet continually exit previous and start ones. Our study explores 118 scholarly articles indexed in Web Science Scopus databases on through multiple correspondence analysis. Through our analysis, we identify key areas for future research, explore consolidate the theoretical foundations used, provide a review academic literature researchers utilize. perceptual map identified four should focus upon: heuristics entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial capabilities, ecosystem, technological development resources.
